(I am not currently mastering records, though I have some recommendations for people that do that, if you want.)
I record vocals at CMGV in Glenside, PA.

At one point I got really in to Audio Test Kitchen. I did a bunch of blind tests on it back in the day, and ended up with a personal-preference ranking of nearly every microphone on the site. This list is very old, and all I had for moniotoring at the time was some decent-ish headphones (AKG K240). If I did it again with my current setup hopefully I would get different results, but I still use this as a rough guide when recommending microphones to friends and stuff.
